Bank Foreclosure Lists

No matter what people news article or blog we look at these days, it seems that we end up reading something about a foreclosure. It is unfortunate that we as a people in one of the richest countries in the world are having hard times such as these. (And it can happen to any one of us).

I would have never thought that we could see another Great Depression. We not in it yet, but we are heading for it. We now have a new President in the Whitehouse and hopefully if his team gets the backing he wants, we might pull out of this before we go too deep.

I have said in many of my articles, that those of us who have the financial means, can assist in this economic problem. How you ask?? By taking advantage of the housing foreclosure problem.

Banks are not real estate agents. They lend money, not hold property. They need to get rid of the homes they had to foreclose on. Bank foreclosure lists are out there for everyone to take a look at. The houses get on the list by people not being able to pay their mortgage. You can find many deals with these bank foreclosure lists, and at the same time, help our economy.

If we can get some of these homes off the bank foreclosure lists and put people in them, the banks could get back to the business of lending money, thus getting rid of some of the credit problems.

Getting these homes out from under the banks control is where we need to start with the economy problem.
